LITTLE ROCK, Ark.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Windstream Corporation (NYSE: WIN) has entered into an agreement to sell the non-affiliate operating assets of the company's product distribution subsidiary, Windstream Supply LLC, to Walker and Associates, Inc., based in Welcome, N.C.
