“Care delivery methods are changing, and healthcare organizations need to customize their guest and patient experience to attract and retain consumers,” said Shah. “Healthcare organizations are looking outside of healthcare to retail and other industries to take lessons learned in engaging with consumers and using technology to create a frictionless experience throughout the patient journey.”

“There is little room for error as patients do have other choices for healthcare services,” said Ashish. “Recognizing the increasing parallels between healthcare and retail industries is informing our technology strategy to satisfy consumers’ desire for a more personalized, mobile, seamless and secure engagement with healthcare professionals.”

Healthcare IT professionals who attend this session will participate in an interactive experience that encourages attendees to connect, challenge, question and learn from the experiences and perspectives on issues including creating a seamless patient experience, protecting patient data, and optimizing clinical application performance. Windstream experts in advanced networking will also be on-hand for discussions throughout the conference at booth 735.
